What We’re Looking For:
🔹 2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment
🔹 Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, Job Portals, etc.)
🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
🔹 Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment
