  • Regardless of location, every employee is expected to maintain availability, responsiveness, and performance during agreed-upon work hours.


We do not require physical attendance in areas where an MJX Technologies office is not operational or planned.

  • The standard workweek at MJX Technologies LLP is 40 hours, typically Monday through Friday.
  • Start and end times may vary based on regional or client requirements.
  • Flexibility in daily scheduling may be offered with prior managerial approval.
